The Outcome

Anna is a coach on a mission to help women break free from the exhausting cycle of yo-yo dieting, bingeing, and restriction. She works with those who are done with chasing “new plans” that leave them feeling defeated and overwhelmed with guilt. Anna supports women who are ready to embrace emotional balance, feel lighter, and finally let go of eating patterns that no longer serve them.

When Anna came to me, her branding didn’t reflect the high-end, professional feel she was aiming for. The colours felt off, the visuals didn’t speak to her ideal clients, and her brand as a whole wasn’t capturing the heart of her work.

We got to the core of it together—digging deep into the emotions her clients experience and the transformation they crave. We honed in on what freedom from food struggles truly feels like and how her brand could reflect that.

The result? A sleek, modern rebrand that feels warm, holistic, and approachable. It’s comforting yet polished—creating an inviting space that makes her clients’ next steps toward change feel natural and easy.
